Let’s see how boring my life was these few days. I’ve missed TV, and I missed watching those tv shows at night like dancefloor and stuffs. And I was and am still down with a mixture of sickness, and I simply hate to visit the doctor cause the clinic’s like always full and I hate waiting for a long time only to see the doctor for a short while and thereafter being asked to pay a hefty lump of cash. Like, i’d rather just survive on strepsils, panadol and eno than to wait and wait and wait.

I was not feeling well for the past few days. With the continuous working and the changes in weather, it’s hard not to get sick. Urgh. So I called my sup in the morning to inform her that I can’t work today. Wanted to get an MC so I got up and asked my younger sis to accompany me since she’s going to school again aniway.

And when I reached the clinic, it’s like, one’s closed for lunch while the other one is like packed with sickos (ok, people who are unwell) can. And I figured, heck it. Im not gonna waste my time and money getting a medical certificate. So off we went to Giant. Haha. Don’t get me in to Giant supermarket cause grocery shopping is just as fun as retail shopping. HAHA. Laughs out loud. And since Mommy’s still kinda upset over some stuff over at the maternal’s and we didn’t really get a chance to celebrate her birthday properly, I then went grocery shopping and told her I’m gonna prepare dinner (also because I’m going out later, so it’s a win-win situation WAHAHA).

The eve of New Year was spent with the maternal family for some reunion dinner.

Haha. So let’s see. The eve was my dearest mommy’s birthday as well as my uncle’s wedding ceremony. The main emphasis was actually on the uncle’s wedding as it’s kind of a low key event thingy, so we have to help out wholly as a family. And from this shall I learn that it’s not always a good thing for the whole family to help out from the beginning right till the end. From the renting of place to the cooking of dishes and to the cleaning up, everything’s like a teamwork and boy ain’t it tiring.

Valentine’s Day yet again. The day when singles around the world unite against the celebration. Haha, read the newspaper about something like India or Saudi Arabia (I forgot which one) trying to ban the celebration of V Day because of too much Western influences. Haha. Ok c’mon. It’s just a day where people just call it Valentine’s Day. I know some would say, I don’t celebrate V Day cuz I’m no Western but it’s just for the fun of it that lovers spend the day together pampering each other. It’s nothing wrong, right.
